a and discussed security arrangements regarding the Pakistan Super League(PSL) final planned to take place at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, sources confirmed.
The Army chief assured complete support for holding the much awaited final.
The Chief Minister said that it was the
ir responsibility to rid the air of fear and insecurity.
COAS asked Punjab CM to provide a list of security equipment needed for the match.
Plans of holding the anticipated final hanged in the balance before CO
AS intervened and stated that terrorists would not be allowed to lower our resolve and that the event would go ahead as planned according to the Inter Services Public Relations.
The army would extend it
s full support to anyone concerned with holding the PSL final as per schedule.
