KARACHI: Provincial Ombudsman
Sindh, has issued warrant of arrest of Registrar, Liaqaut University of Medical & Health S
ciences Jamshoro on failing he was required through process
to appear before the Honourable Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib)
Sindh on 24.04.2018 in connection with the complaint regarding delay in appointment of the complainants against the quota of disable person
s despite recommendations of the Committee constituted for the purpose.
In this regard, the hearing was fixed on 24.04.2018 but the Registrar, Liaquat University of Medical & Health S
ciences, Jamshoro failed
to appear without intimation or reasonable cause.
The Provincial Ombudsman (Mohtasib)
Sindh has ordered the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jamshoro to arrest and bring Registrar, Liaquat University of Medical & Health S
ciences, Jamshoro before him at his Office on 03.05.2018 at 1600 hours.
